PreOp Testing Scheduled

Hi All - Thanks for the welcome to the board and all the well wishes. My pre op testing is scheduled for Tuesday, 1/9. I will get everything done in 1 day - its gonna be a long day. I was a smoker up until February and I'm really nervous about the chest x-ray. The thought of it consumes me some days. My husband (god bless him) tells me not to worry but it doesn't help!! I just want to Tuesday to be over with!!

Ah, go with your hubby's advice and don't worry! Great job on not smoking for almost a year! That is a great thing and because you haven't for so long, I'm sure your xray will be just fine. Don't worry about it because there isn't anything different you can do between now and then to change it anyway! You have already done the hard part!!! Happy testing day!! Tina
