I've got a date!

Hi all, I've been reading these boards for the last few months with only a couple of posts, but the info and support here has been great... Thanks to all who share on these boards! I found out today that my surgery date is 1/9/07, and I'm doing pre-op testing Friday, 1-05-07. Good luck to all with upcoming surgeries... Susan

Susan, Congratulations on your surgery date! That's awesome. I felt so much RELIEF when I got my date. Everything became worthwhile at that moment and I was so grateful. You sure got a quick turnaround on the date. I had over a month's notice. But hey, we take what we can get, right? Best wishes for a complication-free surgery and a fast recovery! Karen
