So far I am Head ache free

Today I go back to work after the New Year. So far, so good. I don't have a head ache.. I am drinking only one cup of coffee right now. Anything to help with not having a head ache. I have even lost some weight. That is a good thing since I gained. I have a 6 pack of diet pop. I am taking the pop to work today to give away to who ever wants it. 13 days until I have the lap and surgery.. Yipee...............

Glad to hear you don't have a headache..... it took several days for me to not have one. I'm doing much better now. I have 6 days left until the BIG day. I'm not sure if I lost anything... it feels like it, but I don't ever step on the scale. I'm too chicken. Keep up the good work

Good for you! Sounds like your easing off the caffeine. I need to do that as well. I have been dreading this because of the headaches. Maybe if I try it your way I wouldn't have such a hard time. I see your also having lap band, so am I, wish you good luck and a safe journey to the losing side of our journey.
