I'm Cissy from Freehold NJ. I am almost certain I am going for RNY on Jan 15. I will know for sure in a couple of days. Just wanted to come onto the January board and see what's going on. It's nice to meet you all. I've been coming to OH since August. I love reading peoples journies, they are fasinating and inspiring. Cissy, We are glad to have you part of the family. You will learn a lot on this board as well as some of the others. Be sure to check the main board in your local area from this site. You will meet people that probably have your same surgeon, this is an opportunity to meet those folks. The only other way would be to hang out in your doctor's office on a busy day! Not really a good idea. Everyone has their own story to tell post-op, some frustrations, but mainly just informative. We cheer each other on and we're glad you made yourself visible. We do not bite!
