I'm so excited I get to join a monthly board. I was just approved for surgery on Jan. 8th. I'm so excited I actually posted on the January 2006 board......then I realized I was in the wrong year. I can't believe I'm finally approved, it will be a year in February that I started this whole process. Thanks for listening ! Marta

I'm new the boards/site here, but I wanted to say congrats. I'm going to have surgery on Jan 8th as well! Good luck with everything! I wish you a speedy recovery and much weight loss!

Another Jan 8th!!! Congrats on the good news. There seems to be alot of Jan 8. I'll bet alot of surgeons are on vacation the 1st week of the year.
