Hey Ladies I'm a lil late today. I took today off to finish up school shopping with Kristina and we just got back home. Come be accountable with me! Breakfast: Slim Fast Protein bar Snack: Apple & Cheese stick Lunch: Grilled chicken sammy w/ lite mayo & Side salad w/ lite italian Snack: Yogurt Dinner: Ham & Cheese omlete Snack: Protein shake & SF pudding if I want something sweet later. An email from Alex made me post today. I am here almost everyday and checking up on all of you. I guess my life if getting in the way if posting at all let alone at the level I used to. You see for many years my life was the computer, I couldn't leave the house without assistance. But now thanks in a big part to all of you wonderful people I have a real life. I work, albeit too much, go out on the week ends and am not sitting at home on the computer all day long. So even if I'm not posting, I am always hear in spirit. You all mean the world to me and I love you all to pieces. If there is ever ever anything I can do for any of you just let me know. Most of you have my phone number and email address. Do not hesitate to get ahold of me and I promise I will take time for you. So don't worry about me....I am doing fine...OK up 5 pounds but doing really well. We are starting a program at work called Shape Up the Nation and I will be part of a team that will be competing on weight loss, exercise hours and steps. I want to lose 10 pounds in the 12 week program. And I think it's going to be a blast. So again don't worry about me, I'm just super busy living my life Love and hugs to you all Ronna

OOPs posted under yesterdays, sorry about that! Hi Ladies I'm here to be accountable...... B~small bowl of shredded wheat with banana, didn't fini**** though. L~peanut butter on toast! D~1/2 a hot dog, small scoop of mac and cheese and some sweet potato french fries. S~a couple pretzels, and an italian ice. Exercised, water and pills. Hugs, Chris

B: lentils, cottage cheese and some shredded carrot with a dollup of thousand island dressing L: A third of cosi chicken mozzarella sandwich without most of the bread; few bites of spinich artichoke dip Protein shake Another third of the sandwich, sand bread, and a few more bites of the spinich dip Lots of water. No wine or other alcohol. Some vitamins, will go take more right now. Exercise???? I am cleaning the house. Will likely have some blueberries later tonite.

Ok, People are dropping like flies when it comes to this post. Come share your menu's be accountable for what you are eating. I wanna hear the good, the bad and the ugly. Mine has been good lately. Joining WW was the thing I needed to get back on track! Anyway, I hope everyone is having a nice day! I slept all day and now at work! Breakfast: Pure protein bar Snack: Cheese Stick and a few watermelon chunks Lunch: Ham, Cheese and Spicy mustard wrapped in a big lettuce leaf .. Had 2 of these and SF Vanilla Pudding Cup. Snack: Raw baby carrots, Cucumber slices, Raw broccoli w/ 2 tbsp. of FF ranch Dinner: Baked Chicken & Collard Greens Snack: Protein Hot Chocolate I've had lots of water! Ok, that's it for me.
