Hi all. Just popped in since I got off work and didn't see this posted. So here goes... -2 scram eggs w/cheese, 4 slices bacon..only 2 pts. on Weigh****chers!! lol -Light n Fit -RF triscuits -1/2c. chili, tunafish on 2 slices Weigh****chers bread -mixed fruit -bag of popcorn for dinner...it's late! And only 1 pt. on Weigh****chers -half pc. of pita w/hummus April

Huh?? Protein shakes make you gain? If I dont have mine I have the desire to clear out the fridge and eat everything that crosses my path. Especially if I dont have one 2 or more days in a row and then my energy drops, too. Hmmm. I am going to look at this.

Hiya Ladies! I'm here to be accountable for my eating. I know a lot of people get back on track on Monday's so if you are, Come share. I did good Saturday but got a lil off track Sunday. We had a back to school seafood feast with lots of good food and sweets! It didn't effect my weight so I'm happy. The entire time, I was thinking about ww points.. LOL Anyway, come share.. the good, the bad and the ugly! Breakfast: Protein shake Snack: 1 C. Calorie Coutdown Chocolate milk Lunch: Ham, Turkey, Roast beef and spicy mustard on 1/2 slice of Thick Weat bread Garden salad w/ FF italian Snack: Yogurt Dinner: Smart One Frozen dinner Rest of my garden salad from lunch Snack: NSA hot chocolate made with cc milk I've had lot's of water! Kay OK, who's next??

Hello peeps....Another Monday, Last week 160 lbs and today is the same. Now if I could just get my eating under control I will be all set. It seems I am learning to maintain by working my ass off at the gym. Hopefully I will start to lose if I eat better. I am headed to Toronto now for three days so I will see you all soon! HUGS, CHRIS

Enjoy the present Renee!!! I know that a lot of us think that our lives have improved after the surgery. Some of us have found out that life is more complicated than we expected, but the truth is that we are living a life, and we are enjoying (or suffering) the way of life we have chosen to live. Some of us are able to help our beloved ones in a better position compared to our hability to help others when we were obese and in need. Some others have chosen to start new projects and go back to school, or to work, etc... I hope you are enjoying your life with all the complications and challenges it has for you in particular and all of us in general... Alex
