I m so glad you mentioned the 7 or 8 thing we are 5 almost 6 and still having problems at night...do great for about a month and then all of a sudden have a run of about a week of wetting at night I think it's when I get lax and let her drink after 7 or she stays up to late ....

I can find it pretty much anywhere here. The wheat bread is good, not fancying the bagels and rye bread too much. Do you think the whole grain white bread is good for you??? For some reason I want roast beef on white bread...lol. Don't know why either!

Have you tried the cappicuano Latte by Nectar? It's only 90 calories, zero carbs, sugar and fat! My fav!
Yesterday I didn't eat enough calories or protein but I'll do better today. Weighed in at ww today and gained a pound. It's that time of the month and I ate a little too good for labor day.
8 oz CC chocolate milk
Plum
WW yogart
Slim fast protein bar
4 saltines
cucumber slices w/ ff italian
Baked chicken & steamed cabbage
SF chocolate pudding.

Hi all. It's late, I know. But this is the only chance to post so here goes!
-Lean Cuisine, SF pudding
-1/2 tunafish sammy on 1 slice Weigh****chers rye, Light n Fit
-glazed donut (it's in my points!)
-watermelon chunks, latte lite while later
-baked salmon, 1c. broccoli
-Light n Fit, cheese stick, RF Club crackers
That's it for me! Since I'm working out more, I'm gonna start incorporating some protein shakes in my diet. I found one on bariatriceating that's only 100 cals, 0 carbs 0 fat. I think it's a new Nectar flavor. I just hope I like it!

D~ Fried chicken breast pattie on 1/2 hamburger bun, 1/4 c. potato salad, 1/4 c. baked beans and 1/2 bbq beef rib.

I had an ok day, wasn't hungry much...but here goes.
B-nothing
L-a chicken thigh and a few bites of mustard potato salad.
D- another chicken thigh and a few more bites of potato salad.
S- a banana
I had a diet dr pepper today and a bit of ice water, so not there for my liquids yet.
Been feeling kinda blue lately trying to make huge decisions and not sure how to go about them, but I am hanging in there. Hope to see you post lots :)

Happy Labor Day all! I know Kay said she wasn't posting anymore on this board for menus and I can completely understand. I just feel most comfortable posting here for some reason. But I'll be posting when I can. I finally got a new computer and I don't work a much so I can post more. So here goes!

-made turkey wings, rosemary potatoes, corn for dinner
-packed SF pudding, RF cheese stick, 5 RF Club crackers for snack at work later
