Me again just noticed this post. Dont be so hard on yourself....NO ONE is perfect!!!  What are a few pounds?? Be glad it's not 50 or so. You could loss that 10 or 15 lbs. in a week if you put your mind to it just like old times. Think positive!!   I freeze all the time too cant seem to get warm!! I dont even stay at the same weight but I do make it a personal mission to stay in the same size pants if they seem to be getting snug i hit the treadmill hard and lay off on the food i know i shouln't be eating anyway.

I actually thought of you today on my way to work and home....A truck in front of me on the highway ahd the license plate JERZMOM...I wondered if that could be you, but I know you don't live by me and the weird thing was as I was coming home at around 5:30, the same exact truck with the same license plate was in front of me again!!!Too weird!!!Anyway, I hope you had a good day at work, I know you are stressed!!!

Hi Sweet Girl,

I'm trying to eat better.  Been back on the protein shakes for lunch and that helps bring the calorie count down.  but my trouble time is from dinner through bedtime.  I just want to stuff my face and if it's carbs so much the better.  I have been craving pasta and potato chips.  Not together, but you get the idea.  I haven't given in so far but boy would I love a plate of pasta right now.

Sorry about poor Max.  My Hawley is in early renal failure but doing well with medication and special food.  But the vet wants to see her every 3 months for blood work and I just can't afford it right now.  They wanted to see her this month and did n't want to renew her meds without.  When i told them I was out of work they did back down and will give us the meds if we sign a waiver.  At least they were a bit flexible.

She is doing great otherwise.  For a Husky to be 11 and in relatively good health is fabulous.  If you didn't know you would think she is a much younger dog.  And she is happy I'm home and is stuck like glue to me all day long.

For the Siatica the only things I can do is heat and this wonderful Lidocane pain patches my Nerologist gave me.  It is better just annoying now and enough to get in the way of a good nights sleep.  So I'm tired and cranky.


Anyway, I will try and check in much more often.

Yep...getting back to the basics is what we have to do!  That is my plan for the new year.  I SHOULD start right now but that would be setting myself up for failure...so I am setting a realistic goal.  I just have to try to maintain during the rest of the year and not gain.  Won't be easy...I am eating anything and everything!

I wish you all the luck in the world with both your movie and your fitness test.
