I actually prefer chicken to tuna. When I am protein-busting, 90% of my protein intake is roast chicken. I buy one or two pre-cooked roasters from BJ's every weekend, chop it up into 3 oz. baggies and I am good to go!
It is a very boring diet when I do this but at least the chicken fills me up! And it is more than 20 grams of protein in 3 oz. Zero carbs! Whoo hoo!
Now that I think about it, though...maybe I SHOULD get some tuna...mix it up a little bit!! How is fat free mayo? Any good or is it totally gross?

Sounds like chicken, chicken and more chicken for you. Do you like tuna? A can of tuna has tons of protein in it.

Hey Ronna!
I post what I am going to eat in the morning so I make sure I stick to it (sometimes I do...sometimes I don't). ;) But there is nothing that says you can't respond in the evening...when you are all done. I know that probably makes more sense...
About the protein...there is something very strange about me. I am HYPER-sensitive to tastes and certain smells. For example, if someone is smoking down the street from me, chances are I will smell it. And the thing is...I can taste protein in everything. And it is nauseating to me. I have tried OVER FIFTY different brands/flavors of protein shakes (including Isopure) and I cannot handle the taste of any of them (it is the, to me, overwhelming taste of protein I can't handle). It is really unfortunate that the New Whey is giving me nausea but I can't switch to anything else. There is no way on earth I could drink an entire shake of protein. With the New Whey...it is absolutely revolting to me but it is only 3 sips of revolting rather than a whole thick, creamy (or not) shake of revolting!!!
So with protein, I am screwed. Ah well!
