Im doing horrible! I cant even remember everything I ate yesterday! Alot of junk is all I can recall. I was up late with Brylee last night, she hasnt been sleeping well.....tummy issues. And I saw this show on TV talking about lack of sleep and stress eating.........DUH. Thats me! Im eating late at night cause Im up instead of in the bed. But I cant go to sleep because of the baby......vicious circle! UGGGGGG!

B: biscuit and pork chop (I never at this kinda crap when I was 320 pounds)\
L: more chicken parmagina
*the rest was after my usual bedtime
S: candy!
D: popcorn shrimp
S: a sucker, candy cane, quaker snack pack
S: (midnight) toast with butter and jelly, peanut butter and crackers

oh and enough diet soda to sink a ship, not vit and no exercise.

I think Im starting to get wore down by lack of sleep! Im getting stressed out and hateful! So Im eating to compensate! MOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

We made it to day 5 of posting our menus!  Whoo hoo!  I can't tell you how much doing this has helped me!  I have been doing pretty good this week.  I am terrified of the weekend but I will make sure I post my menu on Saturday and Sunday, too.  Hopefully that will help!!  I am also hoping it will help me remember that Monday Morning Weigh-In is getting close!

Here's my plan for today...

B:  2 scrambled eggs and 4 bites of my son's Eggos (which I regret...ah well)
S:  New Whey (I am hoping what I did yesterday will work again today!)
L:  Tilapia/artichokes/tomatoes that I made last night for dinner.
S:  New Whey again.  Thrillsville!
D:  One slice of pizza.  Jeez!

Have a successful day, everyone!

Hugs,
JM

Topic: RE: Vitamin Question
I've been using the Equate brand for the last year, a B12/BComplex combo from Trader Joe's and the calcium citrate supplement. My doc told me that our bodies can only absorb so much calcium at one time, so you can't take all the calcium at once, it needs to be spaced out.  I take my multi in the a.m. and another calcium citrate 500mg with the Vit D. in the evening.  My blood work has been great.  B12 was a little low last time, so I've upped my dosage.

I like the fat free may and the free miracle whip a little bit more. I don't even notice the taste difference even from the light. Then again I haven't tasted regular mayo or miracle whip since before surgery! :-)
Hugs n stuff!

Oh, okay...cool...that is what I normally use.

Hey!  I think I may have found a solution to my New Whey problem.  Usually I chase each sip with diet soda (bad me, I know)...

This afternoon I took a big sip of water (which has the decaf Totally Light2Go Iced Tea powder in it)...and, while the water was still in my mouth, I poured in some New Whey and swallowed.  I repeated this for the three gulps it takes to fini****

NO nasty taste and NO tummy ache after!  I hope this was not a fluke and I hope I remember to repeat these steps again tomorrow!!!
