Well, exactly what Kay said would happen...happened! I ate relatively normally yesterday. I had some pretzels (a few...maybe 5 small ones). For dinner I had a salad, two BITES of bread and not even 1/3 of my filet from the Outback. And...guess what? I gained two fricken pounds today. F******K!
::: sigh ::: So here's today's deal...

L: Pasta e Fagioli (then it's all gone)...:(

Current Weight: Fluctuating!
Pounds till GOAL: I was at goal but let's re-evaluate once I have the baby!
My biggest mistake when I was still trying to loose weight is that I cut my calories way back and i wasn't eating enough. The weight fell off when I did but as soon as I starting eating the amount of calories that I should be eating, I gained the weight back.
I hope your feeling better soon!
Today's Menu:
Breakfast:
Protein shake & Boiled egg
Snack:
South Beach diet protein cereal bar
Lunch:
1 Cup of White chicken chili & WW Yoga rt
Snack:
1 Pack of hot peanuts
Dinner:
Tyson steak strips sauteed w/ onions, peppers and broccoli
1/4 Cup of brown rice
Snack:
SF Chocolate pudding cup w/ 1/2 scoop of protein mixed in & a dollop of SF cool whip
Today I ate:
coffees with protein powder
Med banana with Peanut butter and 1/2 serving ofcottage cheese
1 dannon lite yogurt
1 mini skinny cow fudge bar
Chicken, mushroom and peas for dinner.
Honey raosted nuts
Life cereal.
All water, vitamins and 30 minutes at the gym!

Am I losing pounds? Yep. Am I beyond irritable, depressed, easily enraged and overall miserable? Yep. So...something's gotta give! Gunna up my calorie count. I am sure the weight loss will slow or even stop. But I don't think I care. I can't live with the way I have been feeling these past few days!
Here's today's menu:
B: Egg and Cheese Croissant from B.K. (I am not totally falling off the wagon...I will probably only eat half. But, even if I eat the whole thing, I will adjust the rest of my day to eat healthier).
S: New Whey
L: Pasta e Fagioli (I think I have a little less than 1 cup)
S: New Whey
D: A small serving of my husband's Indian lentils. Hopefully I have the willpower to eat it without the rice!!

Hi Jersey!
Well I wish I could post all that I eat but I can't. I have to eat small meals all day long. I can't keep track. Unfortunately I am struggling again with Hypoglycemia. I am going to see my surgeon on Friday the 6th of Feb. for suggestions. But I am trying to keep to the healthy stuff.
You are doing fabulous by the way. I am so proud of you. You are doing so good. Keep it up!

Wow, I don't have an answer either. I have lost 157 lbs gained 30 and still I am more depressed now than when I weighed 440. ......
