You are so blessed and while life throws lemons, they are only challenges that God wants you to work thru to make you stronger and deeper in spirit. LF cottage cheese, 1 snack cup strawberry/banana applesauce S- choc protein shake L- 1 chicken sausage, salad w/LF mozzarella, cuke slices, croutons D- 4 hot wings, broccoli S- 1 oz. roasted almonds S- about 1/4c. spinach....i love green veggies!
