Topic: Saying Hi & the NYC Trip
Hi Everyone,
Sorry I have my MIA recently, I have been out & about enjoying life. My new boyfriend & I are very happy and my life has turnred around for the better. We attended my work holiday party last Friday & it felt so good to get dressed up & fell good. (I have to post some pics)
As far as the NYC trip goes, count me in!! I can't wait to meet everyone, it will be a blast. Congrats to everyone on there 2 year surgiversary, you all deserve a pat on the back.

Hi everyone,
just want to say congrats to another year of this life saving surgery...these past 2 years have been wonderful and I feel great!!!I really love this board because everyone is so helpful and respectful...what a great bunch of people. So, another year gone and now many, many more ahead!!!

Happy surgiversary April. It's mine too today. Whoohoo...we've survived the first 2 years.
Here's what I've had today:
2 c lf buttermilk
2 c decaf SF protein coffee
Achiev One Cappucino
Corn and Blackbean Quiche
Trail Mix
2 c SF Chai Latte
Chili w/ rice
small piece of cornbread w/lf buttermilk
liquids: 108 oz., more to go
protein: 115 g +
vitamins & supplements: done
exercise: 20 minutes on bike this morning
