Hi hazel. sounds like you will be very busy. I have no specific things this week but always seem busy anyway. I have school Tuesday and Thursday and then I hope to relax for the rest of the wee but am sure that will not happen. I am trying to get ready for our family vacation the first week in March so I will probably do more shopping. Have a good week. Hugs, Chris
Topic: Good afternoon.
How are ya all doin this afternoon? I am just stitting here vegging watching movies. I don't do this often, but you know it is kind of nice on occasion. Tomorrow my day starts wit a vengence. It is a little early, but I am starting my spring housecleaning. I haven't done those thoughal house cleanings since Frostina got sick, so there is a lot to do and I want to have it done before it is time to go outside and start with the yard and garden and all. Though it doesn't seem like it, those days are getting close. The garden catalogs are coming. I have already recieved about a dosen. I get more excited about them that the Victoria Secret. What are your plans for the next week?
Have a good one.

Topic: RE: The new B2B.
Hi Hazel...I agree! I eat how I should be eating at this point of my WL journey and it has yielded great results so far. I feel more energized, more motivated, and I'mm seeing the scale move again. And I'm not doing anything super special. Eating right, exercising, getting my water in and taking my vitamins. Back to basics and 5 day pouch test is great for a start but I've done so many back to basics and I see people have done the 5DPT over and over....it ain't working! Not for me anyway. I want to enjoy food and be able to be healthy all in the same. So yes...here's to the new B2B!

Good fro you Hazel. I am also trying to do the right thing with what I eat. I joined a bible study that focuses on WL and putting Christ first. With that, I have lost about 7 pounds too. I am almost back to onderland. Hopefully, I will lose my baby weight and then get pregnant again!

We have all done the back to basics and the 5 day pouch test. But you know what I found to be the real thing to do. Just exactly what we all know we should do. One more added insentative is find one person to be totally accountable. I have a friend that had lap-band in June, and she and I are accountable not only to ourselves but to each other. We e-mail each other each day with our weight and everything we put into our mouths. Down to two candy corns. Getting back to what I know I am suppose to do has meant a 7 pound loss in the last week. I have found that I now dump on sugar and fat and simple carbs now that I am eating the way I am suppose to. I am also getting in shape for a 10K in Boulder Colorado.

Hi Kay! Yes...today is finally Friday. This is my 5th 12 hour shift in a row this week! I have off this weekend and only work 3 days next week. Sheesh! I was all good until I had a sausage/egg/cheese sammy on a white roll! And fried plaintains!!! But I adjusted my eating for the rest of the day. Not only that but I paid for it later....my pouchy was in agony! Fats do still bother me! Whoo hoo! Here's my menu:
1/2c. LF cottage cheese, 1/4c. sliced strawberries
RF cheese snack, 5 RF Ritz
That damned sausage/egg/cheese terror...I won't be doing that for a while!
handful trailmix
protein shake w/SF vanilla pudding
1 pk. NSA Peaches n Cream oatmeal, 2 slices turkey bacon
I packed a banana and Laughing cow cheese wedge for snack later

Breakfast: 3 small turkey sausage links & 1/2 a bananna
Snack: Small can of NSA diced peaches
Lunch: Steak taco salad... onlyfew bites of the shell)
Snack: NSA/ FF kids size frozen yogart
Dinner: Smart Ones Frozen dinner.. steak and broccoli
Snack:8 oz chocolate calorie countdown milk w/ scoop of protein.
Great on water, good on vitamins and bad on exercise.
Ok, who's next??
Have a great weekend,
