Hi there! Congrats on getting the job!! I know waiting for more direction must be challenging but all indications are very positive I have been traveling again and it really wont let up until mid March - and then it picks up again in April. Most recently I was in Cabo and the sunshine just feels amazing!!! Today I have a one day trip to Houston which is a bummer as I wish I could overnight and try and meet Jen-Jen. Then next week I have 3 days in Manhattan, a swing thru home to switch bags and then off to Berlin for the annual pilgrimage to a trade show called ITB. Often I am on a MD-80 aircraft and think back to the times when the seatbelt would BARELY fit - it was the horrifying feeling of needing an extender that really woke me up to doing something about my weight. On this trip I will also see my WLS meantor. Processing thru some boys in between trips. Nothing exciting, just kissing toads. Countdown to spring.....starts NOW! Be well, everyone!! xoxo ~Tiffany

Hi! How are you all?!? First of all, I want to thank everyone who contacted me off the board...it means more than I can say! Second of all, I am sincerely sorry for my absence! I am a huge supporter of keeping this board alive and I know it seems like I abandoned it! Life has been CRAZY! Since the New Year, my work schedule has become nightmarishly hectic. I am talking 14-hour days. I have been getting up at the crack of dawn, taking care of my son and dropping him off at school, going to work (not taking lunch or, even on some days, getting up to use the bathroom!). Then I pick up my son, feed him dinner and continue to work from home. This has only JUST calmed down but it will pick up again at the end of this week...and continue through the middle of April. Normally when I am unable to come to the board at work, I try to pop in from time to time at home. This was just not possible with my work schedule. Plus, I was having many wireless connection problems. We just replaced the router (finally) last night and I did not lose my connection once during the evening! Yay! Anyhow...I am going to force myself to post as much as I can. And, when I say "force" I don't mean that it is a hardship posting...it just means that it is SO important to me to do so that I will make a huge effort. I don't want to lose you all from my life. Each and every one of you is worth the effort! So...all you lurkers...come out and play again! Thank you so much to everyone who has continued to post regularly. Hi Alex, I'm here and read the board daily. Usually at night now after work. I rarely post because at the moment nothing exciting is happening in my life. I am still doing on the job training for another week. Then I finally get to go it alone! It's been nice going back to work and not being the fattest one in the office! It's really hard to believe that I'm actually one of the smallest!!! I'm still hoping that I might get to go to the reunion in Aug. but I'll have to wait and see for now. I'm sorry your employer is taking so long to get off his butt and give you some direction as to where you are going! I know that must be nerve racking.
