Dear Chris:
It always amazes me the way that a lot of us in this family are taking life by its horns. You are one of us doint it, going back to school. There was a time in which I used to think that the major reason of my problems in life was my overweight, but now the raw reality is that I am a thin man with the same problems I used to face before my surgery. The huge difference is that today I feel healthier and stronger, more confident and sure of myself.
Thanks for your friendship and good wishes. I know that every thing happes in the right moment. I have to learn patience...

As I sit here, feeling as stuffed as a Thanksgiving turkey, I will tell you what I have achieved to scarf down today.....Please bear with me, this has NOT been a healthy day. I am posting in the utmost embarrasment. 
B-Coffee, 1 small brownie, one 100 cal pack of girl scout cookies.
L-Coffee, 1 small brownie, one girl scout cookie
S- A 4 pack peanut butter cracker pack
D- Applebee's - About 3oz grilled steak, about 1/2 baked potato, a few bites of steamed vegies and a boneless buffalo wing. ( I shared an adult dinner with my 9 yr old son and we did not eat it all)
and just now, I managed to devour 2 girl scout lemonade cookies and a hand full of m&m's.... 
Now I will log off of the computer, and hang my head low. I feel like such a complete failure!!!!! The stress in my life is high, and my carb addition is back with a vengeance!

Alex we are all behind you here and are hoping things finally come of all you waited for! Hopefully the saying "GOOD THINGS COME TO THOSE WHO WAIT" will come your way. I have been busy with school and getting ready for our family vacation and soon will have more time for the boards!

Jersey glad to see you back in action and to tell you that I missed you. I too have been very busy and have not had time for the computer. I miss oh although I have been checking it but have not had time to post much. I am loving school and getting ready to go to the dominican with my kids and mother in law so I have also been tanning. Hopefully soon I can spend much more time here. I want you to know I always think of you and a few others around here tool Hugs....Chris

I know, and I feel that you are through hard times... I am praying for you and your beloved family.
I know, that all the adversities are temporal. I am still struggling to go out of them, I have walked out of them very slowly but steady... you will see yourself living a wonderful life when you less expect it...
