Well. I'm not going to eat. Just kidding!
I'm going to continue with my dancing 4 nights a week... just not drinking the alchohol or soda :D I'm not Catholic, but partaking in Lent. That should help as well as increasing my protein. I stand and walk at work 6 hours a day 6 days a week, and dance 4 nights a week... the alchohol and soda is the bad aspect. Oops! (oh and dark chocolate and pretzels????)

I'm here........Better late than never.......
My husband started chemo on Tuesday so I'm spending every Tuesday at the chemo lab with him and then taking care of him the rest of the week. So between than and trying to job hunt, like the rest of you, my life is crazy.
My weight is stable - wish I could say the same about the rest of my life- LOL.
Surgery weight: 273
Current weight: 125
Weight last week: 125
Lowest weight: 118

I'm here, but no weigh in for me. My grandma passed last week and it's been hectic and services aren't until Thursday. So life is a bit upside down for me this week. Just don't want to see what the scale says as I feel that I've gained - stress eating.

Sorry I havent been around much. The 3 kids are keeping me very busy! LOL
I was at 199.8 yesterday. Im not stressing and not dieting. I figured I would give it a few more weeks before I start stressing the baby weight.

Hey Jersey! THANKS! YOU LOOK GREAT so what you are doing works for you! That is what it all comes down to is what works for you! I break the rules a lot and I work for my surgeon, I talk to people all day long about food and the truth is it all comes down to what works for you!
