Hope you are all doing well and that Chris is having fun at school and Renee did well in her surgery and that Jersey kid is healthy and Alex got his job and Ronna and Anna are enjoying there's and Norma is doing well and Kristies daughter got her job and Tiff has met a wonderful man and April is not working or working out to hard and K is enjoying life and Jen Jen is not going crazy with all those kiddos and Jaci is living life and Carly and Angela and Stephanie and Robin in NJ and Texas Girl and J and Dawn and Kristie are doing well and David's foot is all healed now and AJ is winning races and Dana is getting through this tough time ok and I know I forgot someone very important.......

Topic: Whatcha eatin for Wednesday!
Happy Hump Day everyone. I can't believe the middle of the week is here already. Today's my day off (thank goodness) and I went to this aerobics class called Latino Grooves at my gym...I LOVE IT!!!! It's fun and you must burn about a million calories. My face was dripping with sweat. I really enjoyed it! I'm trying to up my cals (the right way) since I'm working out. Anyway, here's my menu:
salad w/2 oz. baked chicken, .5 oz. LF mozzarella cheese, LF olive oil vinagrette, few croutons
4 oz. cottage cheese, 1 snack cup strawberry/banana applesauce
3 hot wings, 4 sm. baked potato wedges
1 slice whole grain cinnamon raisin toast w/1 tsp. butter
1 banana preworkout...tired of getting dizzy during workout! Banana helped!
protein coffee, handful of popcorn
Making baked chicken legs, green beans, little bit of stuffing for dinner
Vitamins: done
Fluids: 70 oz. so far...
Exercise: Latino Grooves!

Alrighty ladies, it's getting late and I don't see this posted. I'll get straight to the point, Food! Come be accountable. I got back on track today after eating like a cow all weekend.
Breakfast: 2 eggs scrambled with cheese, 1 turkey sausage pattie
Snack: 1 turkey sausage pattie and string cheese
Lunch: Egg salad.. 2 hb eggs, ff mayo, grated onions and relish on 1 slice of wheat toast.
Snack: Beef jerky and string cheese
Snack # 2: Navel orange
Dinner: 1/2 a grilled cheese sammy & 1/2 c. Chili
Snack: protein shake

Topic: Measure your food???
Hi everyone,
This may seem like a stupid question or like something I should know at this point in the game but I don't, so here is my question:
How do you know you have had 2 oz or 3 oz of chicken, shrimp or any other type of food? How are you measuring your food to stay on track?
When I go out its easy because they usually mention they are serving you a 10 oz steak and I just cut that in 10 equal pieces. But, if I am cooking at home for the family it is a little more tricker. How do you know how many oz's you are eating?

Girl, we all have days like that! At least you know you have to get back on track so it looks like everything is in order. My overnight was so nusy at work! I was exhausted but I managed to make it to breakfast and drink champagne. And I had egg whites for the first time....they tasted pretty good! Here's my menu:
ham n cheese on 1 slice of whole wheat bread, SF vanilla pudding
Light n Fit, 1c. grapes
2 scram egg whites, 1 english muffin w/a dab of butter, 2 sausage links, 1/4c. potatoes, few french fries, 1 glass of champagne
4 hot wings, 1/2c. broccoli w/spray butter
i brought some carrot sticks and dressing for when I get hungry at work

Topic: Tasty Tuesday
Hiya ladies I'm back 3 lbs heavier because I ate lots of sweets and carbs and drink lots of beer this weekend and this morning. I hate to see my friend go back to NY but I need to get back on track with my eating. I feel bloated and heavy!
Here's my confession for today! I wouldn't dare confess my weekend menu..
Breakfast: 1 small pancake w/ sf syrup, 1 scram egg, 1 strip of bacon and 1 strawberry.
Snack: 3 strawberries and 2 SF girl scout cookies
Snack: Handful of RF cheeszits
Lunch: 4 hot wings, 1 fried chicken tender and few peices of raw broccoli and raw celery dipped in ranch.
Snack: 2 SF girl scout cookies, handful of grapes
Dinner: Cup of Broccoli n cheese soup and small garden salad
Snack: I don't need a dang snack!
