Hi every body!!!
I just want to say hi to all of you!!! I come almost every day and leave without posting... our forum has been really slow the past few weeks. I hope (and its almost a asureness) that the reason of this lonelyness is the fact that every body is living their own lifes. It has been a while that I haven't known from a bunch of you...
Regarding my life... it's pretty the same... my projects here are moving VERY slowly, but moving... I received an e-mail today saying that I will receive news from the company that is hiring me very soon...
I have gained few pounds due to the hollidays, but I am not worried... I am in process to get rid of them, and I am confident that they will go down in few days...
My best wishes for all of you... I know you are living your own lives and my expectation is that you will take what ever it comes by the horns and will live long healthy lives...

My best wishes for you!!! I am sure you will get rid of those extra pounds in no time!!! and regarding your hernias, I hope you will find out that the surgeon will fit your necessities and expectations...

That's how much I have gained!! That's crazy! I feel horrible, bloated and fat. I cant believe it. Well actually I can. I ate a lot of candy these past few days.
I had a little earlier and right after I post, I eat 3 more of them stupid chocolate eggs. Tomorrow I have to get back on track.
I finally made an appointment ( 5-7) with a surgeon to get my hernia's repaired and hopefully get a LBL at the same time. I've been terrified to make the step to have the surgery because I see so much here at the hospital but my hernias are getting large and somebody asked me if I was pregnant! My PCP said to continue to maintain my weight an continue with my vitamins. Another thing I have been slacking with... vitamins. So, tomorrow I'm getting back on track... low carb, no sweets, drink water and less soda and take my dang vitamins.

Breakfast: 2 medium eggs, 2 turkey sausage patties
Lunch: 1 big slice of roast beef, mashed potatoes
Snack: 3 peices of chocolate easter candy... lil eggs.
Dinner: Grilled pork chop with onions and peppers and broccoli n cheese
Snack: Protein shake

Hi all. Hope everyone had a great Easter. Where has everyone been?? Hope all is well with everyone. I'm posting menus...hope someone joins in!
2 chicken sausages, 1 pkt grits
1/2 ham n cheese sammy, 1 slice corned beef, 1/4c. tuna salad
banana
1 pc. roast beef, mixed veggies, 2 forkful tuna salad
protein shake
Did this class today...whooo! It's called Ultimate Conditioning and it's ultimate!!! My thighs are burning! And I took my first spin class...I might become addicted!

My feeble, tired brain saw "Feedin' Frenzy" instead of "Feedin' Friday" and I was about to post and tell how I can relate. Instead I'll just admit to lurking in every few days and that I am really struggling with making good choices right now.
