GOOD MORNING ALL, Hope life is treating you all very well I thought we could use this thread to just check in really quick just to let everyone else know you are ok. It is so funny we have formed such a bond here I worry about how everyone is doing and if they need any suppport, it is my hope that everyone is doing well and just busy. I am doing well and have recovered nicely from my last surgery looking forward to a great year with no more surgeries in sight.................. HAVE A GREAT WEEK TORI

Topic: I'm eating on Thursday (late) but no one else is!!!
No one posted but I've been on a roll the past couple of weeks with eating and exercise so here goes. It's late but it's here! Smart Ones chicken parmesan..ate half the chicken and all noodles..chicken was gross Light n Fit, handful of pretzesl Atkins shake all meat from the hot bar...it was tasty! 1/2 New Whey vial chicken pita..ate all of insides and 1/2 pita...it was soooo good! banana, 2 strawberries, few grapes, 1 graham cracker Worked out with trainer...I hurt! April

Breakfast: 2 big slices of leftover ham Snack: 1 slice of ham, 1 slice of turkey Lunch: Lite muscle milk and beef jerky Snack: Beef jerky Dinner: Grilled pork chop w/ peppers and onions & Broccoli n cheese Snack: Pure Protein bar That's it for me.. Kay

Hi Alex, You are a very patient man with regarding your new employement! I'm glad to hear things are still moving in the right direction. I've been in my job for 5 weeks and some days I love it and others I wonder why I went back to work. LOL I sit for 8 hours a day I'm not liking that part to much. I have gained a few pounds back and not happy about that either. They are not coming off as fast as they seem to have gone on. BUT they will come off!! other than that I am doing well and miss everyone ... I do check the board every night but I guess everyone is busy with their own lives sad in a way but good in another. Is there any more news about our reunion..I'm still hoping to be able to go. HUGS, Anna

Hi all...Hump day is already here. Time is moving so fast!! I'm just waiting for the weather to get nicer so I can take a run in Central Park and I need some sun!! I've been keeping up with the exercise and my body feels great! I need to get my labs done though because I've been alot tired than I should be lately. Anyway...here's my menu! 1 scram egg w/cheese, 2 chicken sausages, 1 mini waffle w/butter & honey protein coffee, banana before workout 1 slice cheese pizza, salad, 3 hot wings I made some salmon for dinner and broccoli and brown rice I'll pack a SF pudding for snack at work later... April

Girl, it's the nature of the beast!! Majority of WLS gain some weight back, especially this far out. It's expected!! The only thing we can do is realize what we need to change and change it up. It looks like that's what you've done!! I had gained 10-15 lbs. since October! It's just now that I'm actively trying to get rid of it again. We do our best! Good luck with the hernia repair and LBL! You'll have to keep up posted when the time comes. And remember that vitamins and exercise are some of the key ingredients for us to be healthy!! April
