You know know that line from Titanic when she is floating in the water and the rescue boat is there, "Is anybody out there?" If I had a whistle that you could hear I would be blowing it now, because I am here and doing well. I know what you mean about talking to yourself. Well, I am posting with you and will make every effort to do it every day. Maybe we can get the others to start chiming in again.
B~5oz tomto juice, and a slice of liver cheese.
L~a Stouffers panni sandwhich, Chicken italinan
S~ 8 small pretzels and two creme cookies
D~Lasanga and a buiscuit.
I need to work at getting my fluids in and getting more exercise. I need to get in and get a vit B-12 shot.
I was suppose to have tomorrow off, but one of our girls went to the hospital today and now I have to work. But that means that next week I am off Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, and then again Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Feast or Famine ya know. Eat Well and be Healthy.

Where the heck is everyone?? I haven't posted menu's because I feel so silly doing it by myself. I started writing it down in a notebook at night before I go to bed just so I can all that I have eaten for the day.
Well, I'm posting tonight to see who's around..
Breakfast: Power crunch bar
Snack: Atkins strawberry shake
Lunch: Chili and a chocolate chip cookie
Snack: Blue Bunny NSA yogart sprinkled w/ South Beach granola.
Dinner: Steak strips, onions, peppers wrapped in a LC wheat wrap
Snack: Protein shake

I'm an 8/10 but mostly 8's. I'm very happy here. When I gained weight the past few months, it went to my thighs, booty and stomach. I'm happy with the thighs and booty!!! The belly's gotta get back to where it was (which wasn't flat but less). So now, I'm more shapely in my 8's where as before the 8's were looking too big and I could fit into a 6 as well. I have noticed my tummy getting a bit more slim and not as round so that's a good thing!

My smallest was a 10 now I'm back at a 12 in dress pants but still a 10 in jeans and 12 tops. I feel horrible, fat and bloated. I swear there is something wrong with my mirror because I see someone that's 300 lbs. when I look in it and people tell me my face is slim. 
I want to be a 10 or maybe even an 8 after getting some skin removed. I don't know if i'll ever be totally happy with my body.

One of the WORST snow storms I ever had to drive through was in Flagstaff- cold, snowing and a solid sheet of ice. Way scary!

I am between a size 2-4 myself but I am like Tori very small boned. I don't think it matters the size but how you look & are happy with yourself.

I understand busy work , I am always doing it just to turn around and say what did I do ? But with kids I think they sabatoge me....

I am so glad to hear you are ok, that is scary...this winter we went up to Flagstaff to the snow and I couldn't even stand on it without slipping heaven know how you can drive on that stuff..I love my warmer climate and don't ever think I could live in snow and ice, but I bet your summers are much nicer than ours.

Isn't 8-10 like pretty average, I think your body will adjust where it should be.
I am a 2 however I have a very small bone structure both my parents are small in stature so I think I am just right for me.
