Topic: Paris in two weeks
Hi all, I am getting so excited as we are going to Paris for a week at the end of the month! I have spent one day there two years ago when we took a day trip from London. This time we will be smack dab in the middle of Paris, staying in the opera district. We have booked several tours and bought a 4 day pass that allows us access to all the sites and buses and the metro. On our last night in Paris we will have dinner at the Effiel Tower! So romantic. I found the perfect dress at Dillards, black bodice, white flaired bottom with black flowers stiched in the hem! I bought the perfect purse too! I look skinny next to it! Here is a link to a picture of the purse: http://www.zappos.com/n/p/p/7408078/c/3.html I have some new tops and two new pairs of jeans that fit very well. I will look great everyday I am there! Hi Kay, I know what you mean. I am struggling also. I was in two car accidents in 6 months. I am gained 15 lbs back and it is killing me. I am trying to get back on track . I go everyday for PT. but it is sure not a strong work out. I had to have shoulder surgery. So you hang in there it will come, that is what I keep hoping for. Just don't let it go any higher.. You look great keep working. Joyce

This is the best post I have read in so long, I am so happy for you. You are one of a many in my life that have started on a new leg. My daughter just got promoted, youngest to the possition ever in the company at the least amount of time on the job. My daughter in law some day just started working as an animator, which she has been in school for and working towards her whole life, the 2 young men who live with me have finally finished the schooling they were doing and have their lisenses for their new careers. All of this has come about in the last 2 weeks, so now you add to this great time. I will definately let you know next time I am in Mexico. I want to go next year, but can't seem to find others that can or want to go right now. So I will see how it works out. Keep me informed on the move and how the job is once you start. Love Kristi

it is a thin dime shaped patch that you put behind your earlobe and wear for 24 hours, once a week. i get them at www.b12patch.com I did not realize how fuzzy my head was until I took the first one, within 2 hours I felt amazing, I had clarity of thought and my energy was through the roof. In search of an even greater feeling, I wore it for more than 24 hours and then applied a second one within the same week - and got a bad case of the shakes. My dr said no more than once a week or you can over stimulate yourself - like drinking way too much caffeine. Free shipping if you buy a 3 month supply and they have a maintainence program so they automatically ship every 3 months. I highly recommend! ~Tiffany

Glad to hear the b12 patches are helping!! They really made a difference for me as well. Although I decided to do 2 in a week and got a bad case of the shakes - which went away as soon as I took off the patch. My dr said only once a week! Oh well, the first few hours after putting one on is like nirvana. Hugs, ~Tiff www.b12patch.com

Topic: RE: Plastic surgery
Hi Kay I had surgery January 30, 2006 and just went through a extended tummy tuck and public lift to get ride of the extra fat down there.....It is really nice being able to actually see your feet and no hanging skin blocking the view. I went with a private doctor since both of my insurances refused stating it wasn't necessary or life threatening. I actually through a company on the web called "Choice Medical" I am really happy I went with them. They help you find a certified doctor in your area. You find out in a few minutes how much the cost is and how much your payments will be. I had to pay for the recovery hospital separate which ran me $800 the first night and $600 the second night. About $12,000 for the procedure, doctor, nurse, meds, all pre and post visits. Oh the fitted girdle to wear afterwards was a extra $75.00. And scar cream was $60.00/ Good luck with your decision and surgery..... P.S. You might want to have a family member or friend stay with you about a week. It is really hard to move and those drainage tubes. I actually thought the gastric bypass was easier to go though. But I would go through it again. It was all worth it.... Take care one of your past secretpals...... Suzan
