Ok, let's see.. I didn't do too bad. Breakfast: 5 leftover hot wings. Snack: Hot peanuts Lunch: Steak w/ onions and peppers Snack: Protein bar Snack: 1 chocolate chip cookie Dinner: Pork roast, collard greens and pinto beans Snack: If I want something, I'll have yogart but I'm full from dinner. Not too good on water. I've had a lot of diet coke. Kay

Hi!!!!!!!!!! Breakfast: Sausage, cheese, egg on sourdouh from school Lunch: Chicken Dinner- Chicken and some veggies probably. Snack: I've also had some M&Ms! lol I'm working out at school.... I did 1 Mile on the treadmill and 30 minutes through the circuit weights!

Hey all. It's Wednesday already!!! The week is going by so fast and I ain't complaining! Just wanted to post real fast..at work of course. I might as well just friggin live here! -Ham n cheese sammy on whole wheat bread, few carrot sticks and drsg -PowerBar Nut Naturals bar -1/2c. LF cottage cheese with some mixed fruit -few bites of whole wheat bagel -protein hot chocolate -1.5c chili (I made!!), 1/4 pc. whole wheat flatbread -I packed an Atkins shake and Light n Fit yogurt for snack April

Hi all. Hope everyone had a wonderful holiday. It was BEAUTIFUL outside yesterday!! I got up early, went walking in Central Park, did some shopping, and later in the day we went to a friends apt to have lunch on the rooftop, and we then finished off at a Mexican restaurant for food and margaritas! It was so New York City but we had so much fun. And our waiter was HOT!! Anyhoo...today has been uneventful. Worked out and ran around town a bit, now I'm home making chili and resting up before I head out to work. Come share your menus!! B- English muffin w/lite butter, protein shake awhile later S- 2 RF cheese sticks, 4 stoneground wheat crackers L- 1 spare ribs, slice of corned beef, 5 ****tail shrimp, bite of salmon D- I'm having some leftover chicken with salad S- I'll pack a SF pudding and some trailmix April

KAY, There are some girls on the PS board that can guide you to people that handle and schedule these things for you, the cost is amazingly less....there are lots of people that have had great results (roz, eggface etc...) but they live in CA so it's a little different than way up east like you I am not sure what the cost to fly across country if you had an issue would be ? and with PS there are so many issues that can and do come up like my hemeatoma (sp) if my dr wasn't so close I would have been in a mess because alot of PS don't like to work on other's patients ? Lots of things to weigh......you could have problems anywhere just check out someone close to you before just in case ......... Good luck in your decision tori
