I have some time today so here's my thoughts......
1~ Did you ever reach your goal weight? If not, how close are you from goal?
Sadly, no. And I have just realized that I am +7 lbs and some of my clothes are tight. I am 35 higher than I want to be and would consider goal.
2~ Have you had plastics? If so, what have you had done and do you want more work done?
Yes, I had a hernia repair with skin removal - which means he tacked down my abdomen really, really tight and pulled in/off the two big rolls of skin/fat from my abs; he also lifted my outer thighs and genitals.
3~ If you haven't had plastics, what do you want done?
I think a lot about having my legs done
4~ If you could only have 1 plastic surgery procedure done, what would it be?
5~ What is your favorite food that's protein?
I am into a mix of LF cottage cheese, white or black beans and a dollop of this LF yougurt thousand island salad dressing. Otherwise, eggs with some shredded or goat cheese.
6~ What is your favorite healthy snack?
A slice of protein bread with some PB&J, the above or my protein shake from Starbucks
7~ What are your weekend plans?
Haircut, nails, taking the dog to his Dad's and getting ready for NYC on Sunday morning. It's time to get out of town!!!!!
8~ What are you doing fun this summer?
I am staying home. I mean, staying in Chicago. For the last 15 years I traveled extensively in the summer and was home less than 5 days last June. This year I am making friends, working out, building a personal life, dating and doing lots of gardening. And going to every music festival I can
9~What was the last article of clothing you purchased?
This swingy skirt. This guy I am kinda dating likes skirts and I dont have any fun ones - or many fun clothes, have bought too many work oriented clothes.
10~ How much is gas per gallon where you live?
Chicago is supposedly the highest - the low grade was $4.17 and I paid $4.45 for premium.
11~ Do you stay home more often since the cost of gas is going up?
I think in my mind how much this trip is costing me. Fortunately I work at home so that is a bonus.
12~ Has your grocery list changed since the price of groceries have gone up?
No but I plan more and waste less - an overall goal....

Hey Hey Hey! I am sooooooooo tired and sore, lol! Tuesday, thursday and Friday I have Bootcamp at 6 am. Monday and Wednesdays I'm doing a Circuit weight class. Monday I start a Swimming class! Oye. I'm determined to get to goal one way or another. I have two goals- 1. To be under 200 and my second to finally reach 175... woot woot!
Breakfast: Jamba Juice wit Protein boost and and extra one!
Mid Morning: Burrito: Egg, hashbrown, bacon, cheese (to get through my 4 hr psych class)
Lunch: roast beef sub
Snack: Apples and PB
Dinner: I'm assuming something from Taco Bell.... mom and dad are at a meeting lol.
Back to studying!

Good evening, what a stressful day! I am trying to finish up things before I go to bed. I havn't posted in a while, but I have been slipping and need to get back on track. I have been having trouble with some low blood sugar and pains in my tummy.
Today was good until I got home from work around 8pm.
B- Kashi go lean cereal w/ a little 2% milk to wet it and a banana
S- Peanut butter crackers and coffee
L- cheddar cheese wedges
S- protein bar
D- NS vanilla yogurt and some more cheddar cheese wedges
S- someone at work brought me a brownie and I nibbled it to death until it was gone. (it was a very small one, but a brownie just the same.....
8-(after work) a hand full of raisins, a hand full of chips and salsa, a few mini vanilla wafers, and a few slices of turkey deli meat. (the thin sliced kind)
So you see what happens when I come home... I start eating! whats wrong with me????????????????????????????????????????????

Hi Kay. Today's been good for me. At work now...1 more day to go!! Whoo! Then off for the weekend.
-Salad w/chicken tender, cuke slices, Rf shredded cheddar, RF honey mustard salad drsg
-Light n Fit yogurt, HB egg
-banana
-handful trailmix, protein shake 20 mins later
-some mango and pineapple
-4 oz. baked salmon, 1/2c. mixed veggies
-packed 1/2 PB&J sammy, SF pudding
