Breakfast: Shake
S- Peanuts (some pop tart... I was in a low sugar funk in class)
L- Roastbeef Sandwhich
S- (after work out) PBJ- 1 sl bread
Dinner: I'm thinking a shake with peanuts while at my meeting at 7.

Hello everyone! Boy what a week! School started, I've beem doing the work out thing... blah blah...
The thing is I GAINED weight! WTF!? I work out at least 60 mins a day and drink all my water... I do admit I didn't drink like I was supposed to Sunday... but

Hello! How is everyone doing? I'm good. I had a great weekend and ate junk, junk and more junk. We went to an amusement park. The funny thing is, i lost 2 lbs!! I guess from all the walking?!
Anyway, come be accountable.
Breakfast: Protein shake
Snack: Cheese stick and carb/sugar control yogart
Lunch: lasagna
Snack: Peanut butter low carb protein shake from smothie king.. OMG, so good!
Snack: Handful of almonds
Dinner: Sweet onion chicken teryki wrap from Subway.
Snack: Lite yogart and a few fresh strawberries
Bad on water but I'm working on it!

* No, my goal is 175. I am 190 right now
2~ Have you had plastics? If so, what have you had done and do you want more work done?
*No plastic Surgery for me YET!
3~ If you haven't had plastics, what do you want done?
*LBL, arms, inner thighs, and boob lift.
4~ If you could only have 1 plastic surgery procedure done, what would it be?

5~ What is your favorite food that's protein?
*Cheese and beef jerky

* Raw veggies
7~ What are your weekend plans?
* I went to carowinds ( an amusment park in NC) with my daughter, neice, brother and sister n law.
8~ What are you doing fun this summer?
* Going to myrtle beach, vist some friends in atlana, taking my daughter camping in july.
9~What was the last article of clothing you purchased?
* A pair of red capri's.
10~ How much is gas per gallon where you live?
* 3.78 a gallon. It was 4.01 in charlotte, nc this weekend!!!!
11~ Do you stay home more often since the cost of gas is going up?
*Yes, i do!!
12~ Has your grocery list changed since the price of groceries have gone up?
* No but I take less trips and plan meals and make a grocery list.

I never reached my goal weight I am about 6-7 lbs away. Not too much, but I can't get there!!So frustrating!!

I would love a whole body redo, but mostly my boobs and my belly

yesterday the cheapest was 3.83 and the highest I saw was 3.89 for regular

nah, but we use our more fuel efficient car on the weekends!

not really, just my bill has changed,damn it!!!lol
