Evening Kay! I've done OK today... but nothing too exciting. Breakfast: 7 grain muffin from *bucks... had to try it. Drink: Tall Checkerboard- again, I had to try it... not wonderfully delicious and I dumped Lunch: Roast Beef Sandwhich with avocado on Italalian Flatbread S- Some brownie... baaad. Dinner: IDK. I should prob have a shake. I did work out 45 minutes and plan to go outside to work with my pig, Forte and dump some rabbit trays he he.

Happy hump day How is everyone doing? I'm doing ok just HOT!! I'm sitting at work with nothing really going on right now so I'm here so we can be accountable for what we are eating. Ok, here's me being accountable.. B~ Atkins shake & bananna S~ Power crunch bar L~ Slim fast protein bar S~ Lite yogart w/ protein granola S~ Handful of RF cheese nips D~ Steak w/ peppers and onions & broccoli n cheese S~ Lite yogart Ok, that's it for me.. hopefully! Everything's good on my end. Fighting food demons as usual. Did pretty good though. -Healthy Choice Lemon Pepper fish: ate half the rice and none of the dessert -1/2c. LF cottage cheese, NSA strawberry banana applesauce -Atkins shake, 2 saltines -1c. Special K w/berries, 6 oz. FF milk after work -about 7 large steamed shrimp, 1 chicken finger, salad w/RF Bleu cheese drsg -SF pudding, 2 bites of collard green, about 1 oz. pulled pork...I stayed away from the carbs!!! April

Starting: 318 Surgery: 280 Lowest: 157 Today: 170 It's all stress eating. But I"m trying to stay alert to it and not spiral into a deep pit of chocolate (mmmmmm chocolate ........BAD FINGERS!!! STOP TYPING SUCH STUFF). RobinNJ

I am going to wait and weigh tomorrow, I did ok but not great and I am kinda afraid of gaining or knowing I did, this is the first time since my surgery that my weight has been going up and not just a change or two makes it go down....mmhm Tori

Hey Jaci, don't forget muscle weighs more than fat. You are building muscle, it will add some weight at first. Try the measuring tape for awhile instead of the scale.

Hi all. Hope everyone had a great weekend. I had some friends come in town and we went to see Sex and The City of course!! Loved it! I, too, ate some junk I probably didn't need to! Here's what I had today.. B-egg whites, 2 chicken breakfast sausages, 1/2 english muffin S-few grapes L-6 large steamed shrimp, 1 pc. leftover fried fish, 2 bites potato salad, some okra and tomatoes S-milk w/SF strawberry flavor D-1.5c chili...yum-o!! S- I packed a Light n Fit yogurt I'm trying soooo hard to keep from the food at work. I need to drop some lbs. since it's getting warm out! so...I'm trying!!! April
