Hiya ladies! It's time to stop by and be accountable for whatcha eating!
I hope everyone is having a good day. I did absolutely nothing before work. It's so dang hot outside. Now I'm here at the hospital freezing!
Breakfast: Protein shake
Snack: Pure protein bar
Lunch: Steak and eggs
Snack: Lite yogart, 3 cherries and handful of grapes
Snack: On the way to work i wanted some sweet, NSA vanilla pudding cup
Dinner: Grilled boneless pork chop, grilled shrimp and steamed broccoli
Snack: Slim fast protein bar
That's it for me.

This is a good question! I like your answers. I just finished taking psychology and did well. I made the deans list and am so proud of myself for being 42 and on the deans list.
My three things would be:
1) I am determined.
2) I am funny.
3) I am honest!

I did Ok yesterday....
After my workout I only had change so I ran to the supermarket and got the warmest most delicious wheat bagel one has ever seen- it was heaven!
B- Wheat Bagel
L- Bacon Egg, Cheese Burrito with some hashbrown in there
Sleeping Aid: So I had to try those madeline cookies from Starbucks and dang, they knocked me OUT!
S- Turkey Jerkey
D- Cheeseburger minus one side of the bun

So my pychology professor assigned us something interesting today. He's noticed students today don't really have a great outlook on themselves... he told us to write down on an index card three positives about ourselves. I do admit, this took forever. I couldn't think of any at first (really shows something there, eh?) But, I came up with:
1. I am Strong.
2. I am a Role Model.
3. I am Proud.
What three things would you say about yourself?

Hi Kay I am here and trying to be accountable......
I had a good but rough day at the gym. I ache all over but it is a good kinda ache.....
B~protein shake with an extra scoop of bran
S~spoonful of peanut butter
L~small chili from Wendy's but I only ate about 2/3rds and just one cracker.....
S~2 crackers
D~1/2 spinach sausage on the grill, mixed steamed veggies and some sweet potatoe french fries...
I am still hungry and may have some fruit......
I had my vitamins
all my water and I exercised......
Feel the burn......

Hello ladies! How's everyone doing? I'm good. Work is slow right now so I thought I'd post to see who wants to be accountable!
I hope everyone has a good day!
Breakfast: Lite yogart, 1/2 bananna, 3 fresh strawberries sprinkled w/ protein granola
Snack: 2 big handfuls of RF cheez its... so not needed. my friend was eating them so I ate some too!
Lunch: Steak w/ onions and peppers
Snack: 1/2 c. chicken salad and 2 wheat crackers
Dinner: South Beach frozen dinner.. Chicken caprese and broccoli
Snack: Protein shake
Doing bad on water.. working on it now!
