I tried it last night, I love it and wow 44 ounces of fluid.......I just sent my assistant for another one ...looks like I am going to have another addiction on my hands...lol

HI Ladies I am here to be accountable....I thought I posted this yesterday but I guess I did not! 
B~protein drink
L~refried beans with cheese. A couple crackers
D~grilled chicken breast slice into a multigrain wrap with bacon bits, cheese and teriaki sauce.
S~sugar free lemon jello with a dallup of cool whip.
Water~125 oz
Vitamins
and exercise!

Hi Kay. Nothing too much going on here either...at work. I only have one patient so far, so lets hope that's it!! Here's what I had:
-Healthy Choice beef tips meal..none of the desert-too sweet!
-Light n Fit, some cantaloupe chunks
-Atkins shake
-some mixed nuts
-chicken w/alfredo & broccoli, some whole wheat fettucine noodles
-SF pudding, RF cheese stick, 5 whole wheat crackers

I'm just glad to have you back!!! We all have the thing called "life" which can really throw a monkeywrench in things! But its good you're back on track. Also, it's good that you've realized some things that could make your life even more hectic than it already is...we certainly can't say that for everyone. So welcome back!!!

Hey sweetie! Glad to hear you're back... I'm so sorry to hear about your struggles, but definately glad Jersey Kid is on the up with his health!
We're doing the weekly weigh in again to keep us on track. Many of us have started working out again- I'm taking three classes this summer at the college in fitness alone! OYE!
