I am here and too the point.....
B~protein shake
L~small chili with cheese from Wendy's and mandarin oranges....
S~large teaspoon of peanut butter and some crackers.
D~small BBQ chicken breast, ceaser salad and corn.
S~a bite of a fastbreak bar
atleast 75 oz of water
all meds and went to the gym twice today.....

It's late and not sure if anybody is around but I'm here to post menu's.
Getting straight to the point, food! Watcha eating??
Breakfast: 1 hard boiled egg, 1 turkey sausage link.
Snack: Few watermelon chunks, slice of fresh pineapple.
Lunch: BBQ chicken leg quarter, steamed broccoli and carrots
Snack: 3 dove chocolate squares
Dinner: Tuna salad on lettuce
Snack: Protein shake
Bad on water but I'm drinking now.

HI Dave, Sorry to hear about your Mom. My sister has been fight breast cancer too. It is deffinately a nasty thing...Alot of us seem to be struggling with our weight too. Join in and share your menu or the monday weigh in, perhaps it will motivate you too. Good luck!

Mine is much prettier today and I went to the gym twice. Once for weight and cardio and a second time for pilates class. I also cleaned my room too.

S~a couple bites of an apple turnover....
L~turkey and cheese wrap
S~3 soy crisps
D~shrimp, mandarin oranges and banana
over 100 oz water, plus sugar free ice tea, coffee, all my vitamins and exercise too....

Hiya Ladies
How is everyone enjoying their day? Mine has been good. I stayed home and chilled out around the house til it was time for me to go to work.
Come Share the good the bad and the ugly. I haven't had anything bad but I have been a grazing fool all day. I don't know what my issue is today?! It's horrible!!
Ok, here's me being accountable.
Breakfast: 1 Scram egg w/ cheese and Special K whole wheat waffle w/ SF syrup
Snack: 5 cheese cubes and 4 wheat crackers.
Graze attack: 3 wheat crackers and 1 Tbsp. of peanut butter
Graze attack # 2: Fresh pineapple
Graze attack # 3: 3 cheese cubes and 3 wheat crackers
Lunch: 1 hard boiled egg, 1 slice of ham
Snack: Beef jerkey, handful of grapes and few cherries
Snack: on the way to work.. NSA vanilla pudding.
Dinner: Taco salad.. Lettuce topped with taco seasoned beef, black beans, cheese, salsa and ff sour cream.
Snack: Hopefully nothing but if i want something i'll have yogart or a shake.

Hi Dave, thanks for stopping in. So sorry to hear about your mother, prayers being sent for her fight! I think most are in that "start over" mode at this point. Who knew it would be like this!! Unable to do much physical activity puts a damper on what we're trying to do and to be honest...it sucks! Start putting your stress into getting rid of that last 130 lbs...it may be something to help keep your mind focused.

Yeah, it's just this pesky 15lbs. that I gained that won't fully be gone!! I tried on some of my summer clothes...they're a lil snug! I gained so much weight in my belly alone and it's getting to be nerve wrecking. I lose a lil, then I gain it back. In all honesty, it's 100% my fault. I just need to stay on track is all. I'd much rather do it on my own and save some $$ but if it still isn't working in the next 2 weeks...i may become a WW! I'll let ya know!

sorry for not posting i just wanted to stop in and say hello to all of my friends and to let you know that i am still here. things have been not so great my mother is fighting breast cancer and the stress is getting the best of me i have gained some weight from my foot surgery that puts me at 360lbs and having a hard time losing my last 130 lbs. granted i started at over 540 lbs i am trying to go back to the basics i feel that i let myself and familly down. need to start over. dave
