Weight is up!

Hi everyone, help I am up 30 lbs., it has really crept up onme, my fault I always said up 5 and get it off.  Any hints,how r all of you doing?  I am really scared about this, I feel merisable, liked the feeling of being thin.    HELP

Ok then start over go back to stage one postop surgery. Water protein shakes ....its easy to do just get it done
