Need help.... extremely off track!

I am returning here after quite a long absence! I am absolutely discouraged and dont know what to do!  I have basically reverted back to my old ways!  I was doing good up until I got preggo last summer, I had my daughter in January, having gained 40 lbs during the pregnancy.  I have not lost a single lb of that weight... I had gone down 14 lbs after baby only to pack it right back on!  I eat like a normal person again... basically anything I desire.  I still have a little trouble with extreme amounts of sugar but at times I just dont care!! I will eat it knowing I will feel lousy afterwards!

Any words of advice, can anyone identify with me?? Am I destined to become that slob of a woman I once was??

My self esteem has taken quite a drop downwards!

Help me!!!

First of all, congrats on the new baby. I too became pregnant last summer and had our daughter in December. I ended up gaining about 55 pounds. Ive managed to drop 53 of that. Its a long process that takes a huge commitment. I wish you the best of luck. I know better then anyone how hard it can be. Feel free to email me:  [email protected]

Youre not alone.  I put some back on and am working at getting it back off.  Mine isn't the baby thing, mine is extreme stress.  But just take it one day at a time.  If you mess up one day, it all starts fresh the next morning. Remember youre not alone and we are all rooting for you.

I am also in the same boat.  I gained 35 pounds and have only taken off a few.  I started on the plateau busters diet.  It has helped but some days are better than others.  Also we have a clinic here called the HCG diet and it is also helping.  You CAN do IT!  If you need emails or phone calls of daily encouragement or just someone to talk to let me know.  I CAN be there for you.  Take one day at a time, hour by hour, minute by minute.  I have faith in you and in all of us.  Have an AWESOME day!  [email protected]
