Wasssssssssssssssup?
Hi everyone! Just a quick note, I see the board here is basically non existant now, but I totally understand. I'm not able to check on it with any regularity either when I'm in the middle of classes BUT I'm on break now for a few weeks again and the end is in sight. I graduate in December! YAY!!! Damn it's been a long road!
And speaking of long roads ... I, like most of the people here, seem to be struggling with a weight gain, substantial weight gain that is. I have 30 lbs to lose (20 at the very, very, very least). Totally my own fault of course. When I'm busy the first thing that goes is the gym and this time I didn't make up for that by doing the treadmill here at home, or more walks with the dogs, or cutting down on food. Also been doing a lot of comfort foods too from stress. It's actually scary as hell that even after years of doing the 'right' thing, the years and years of being a fat chick always wins out. I honestly think it always will. :-(
So the plan is ... Monday I start the liquid diet portion again (exactly like immediate post op). I'm going to search out some nasty protein powder today! Also starting back into my gym routine which I need badly too because it's water ski/wakeboard season in a few weeks and I need that upper body strength back!!! My goal is to do this for a month and we'll see where the weight ends up and what's next. I'll keep you guys updated here and there (Mainly just so I have someone I have to check into besides my family!) and get some pix on this new account. I couldn't remember my old information!
Hope everyone is doing well :-)
Hugs and stuff,
Renee
