Where has everyone been for the past 2 days. I hope everyone is doing ok. The accountability thread has been going strong for a while. What happened???? Jersey, Where r ya???
Anyway, I'm here to share to see who else is here....
B~ 1 boiled egg, 3 strips of turkey bacon and 1 slice of lite wheat toast
S~ NSA Yogart
L~ 1 Cup of White chicken chili
S~ 1 serving of Almonds
D~ Baked chicken wings w/ lots of hot sauce & Leftover Mustard greens
S~ South beach diet protein cereal bar & Diet Hot chocolate made w/ FF cc milk

I regreted not to follow up your useful threads. So I am here. I can't promise to answer daily, but I promise to do it as often as I can:
B: Sandwich of Jam, tomato, avocado, lettuce and onion. sugar free coffee.
S: 4 cookies (bad me)
L: meat balls and 2 tortillas. Two glasses of juice
S: nothing yet
D: Not sure but to be honest I am hungry now. Perhaps three quesadillas and a be light

Sorry, Ive had some things Ive been dealing with today. A friends baby died of SIDS last night and she was the same age as Brylee. Ive not been coping well.
