Startin' to feel like I am all alone out here!
Well, this week sucked compared to last week but, hey, I will do better this week. Trying to stay positive here!
My stats:
Highest Weight/Surgery Weight: 293
Lowest Weight: 162
Last Week's Weight: 172
Today's Weight: 174
Pounds Lost This Week: +2!!
Pounds Until Goal: 14
I am going to try doing mostly protein again...but I won't starve myself and will also try to exercise. Maybe that will change the course here. I HOPE SO!! Wish me luck!

Ok this is kinda comical! Not really more like depressing! I started to track my food and exercise on my daily plate.com It seemed to tell me with exercise I was not eating enough so I added more food and now I weigh the same go figure!

Hey guess what? I am headed to NY/NJ once again......I believe the weekend of April 3rd to celebrate my daughter turning 21(just her and I are coming) think we can FINALLY MEET UP!

Im here as well. Weekends are just so busy I dont have a free second to get online.
Im up +1 @ 201. Still want to drop about 16 pounds. I find I do well with my food intake Mon-Thur and then I really blow it on the weekend.
Today is going to be mostly protein. Shake, eggbeaters, grilled chicken and a salad.
