Good morning!

Well, exactly what Kay said would happen...happened!  I ate relatively normally yesterday.  I had some pretzels (a few...maybe 5 small ones).  For dinner I had a salad, two BITES of bread and not even 1/3 of my filet from the Outback.  And...guess what?  I gained two fricken pounds today.  F******K!

::: sigh ::: So here's today's deal...

B:  English Muffin
S:  New Whey
L:  Pasta e Fagioli (then it's all gone)...:(
S:  New Whey
D:  Not sure...will update later.

Sorry about the weight gain. But I hope you are feeling better. Kays post yesterday hit home to me as well. But for now Im going to try and stay at the same calories till I get to my goal. Then Im going to start increasing my calories little by little till Im eating around 1200 cal a day. Hopefully that will help me not have a weight gain.

S: 17 slices of turkey pepperoni
L: pure protein bar (my current addition)
S: more turkey pepperoni
D: 3oz grilled chicken and a salad

Hello ladies..............

Today I had

1/2 a bowl of cinn. life cereal and didn't drink the milk (just ate what whas on the spoon.)

!/2 bowl of Tim Hortons chili and a dinner roll.


Will update more later!

Dinner~ 1/4 chicken noodle soup and a tuna in water, with 2 tablespoons miracle whip on lite white bread.

Headed to the gym in a few, all water and vitamins.

Sorry about the gain, Jersey. You will find whatever eating plan works for you and it will all come off!  Got my fingers crossed for ya! It took me forever to figure out what worked for me.

Here's the damage...

Early AM:
2 Cups of Coffee w/ splenda & half n half
8 oz chocolate calorie countdown milk.

Breakfast:
1 pack of instant grits
2 small turkey sausage links

Snack:
Apple

Lunch:
Ham, cheese, lettuce, ff mayo in a low carb wheat tortillia
Few cucumber slices w/ Salt & Pepper

Snack:
WW Yogart

Dinner:
Baked chicken
2/3 Cups of broccoli n cheese

Snack:
Protein shake
String cheese
