Monday Accountability - Where is Everyone?!
I hope that the light posts this weekend do not indicate that this board is getting quiet again! Please don't leave (okay...could I BE more pathetic?)! I need you guys!!
Here's my plan today. I need to be ultra-strict again because I did a carb overdose yesterday. :(
B: 3 oz. chicken
S: New Whey Vial **
L: 3 oz. chicken :)
S: New Whey Vial
D: 1 cup of pasta e fagiolo (wicked high in carbs but tons of dietary fiber and protein).
** Hey...I think I figured out why the New Whey vials make me feel ill (although it is MUCH better now with my new intake method). I was looking at the vial and these words jumped out at me for the first time. Contains = Milk.
Well, there you go! Ever since the day of the surgery, I cannot drink milk...it KILLS my tummy! So perhaps that is it.
Anyhow...I hope you all (WE all) have a really successful week! I am rooting for you!

I need to detox and go back to basics. Ive been eatting pure crap and I feel awful. Im barely squeezing into my size 11/12's again so I know Ive put on some weight since last week.
Anyone know where I can buy some willpower?!

No idea what dinner will be yet?
Maybe I'll go out to the grocery store and get some things. We got blasted with snow again this weekend so my usual trip to the store didn't happen and the cupboard is bare.

I'm here, Don't panic!! OMG, I eat A LOT compared to you guys. I'm not trying to loose anymore. Just maintaining. As long as I keep my calories between 1,200 and 1,400, I'm happy. I have done some more than normal snacking today so I thought my calories were gonna be through the roof but it's within my range.
Here's the damage...
Breakfast:
2 med scrambled eggs
3 strips of turkey bacon
Snack:
WW Yogart
boiled egg
Lunch:
1 Cup of Progresso Lite veggie soup.. no noodles or rice .. Good stuff and only 60 calories
1/2 Cup of Chopped chicken breast.. Added to the soup for added protein
Snack:
South Beach diet cereal protein bar
Sanck:
Small pack of hot n spicy peanuts
Dinner:
Lean Cuisine frozen dinner
1/2 Cup of leftover collard greens
Snack:
NSA Yogart
2 thin slices of ham rolled up
