Hear that really loud crash? Well, that was me...falling off the wagon in a HUGE way. Oh well, I WILL be better tomorrow.

B: Egg & Cheese Croissant from Burger King...again
S: Nothing...no protein...zip.
L: 2 Indian samosas. CAN YOU SAY GREASY AND FRIED?
S: Quaker Mini Delight.
D: Okay...I should REALLY skip dinner and try to salvage the day but I bet I don't...I will probably have one cup of the pasta e fagioli that I made today.
Oh...and I did not have an ounce of water. BANNER day!!

L~shrimp, 1 small cauliflower stem, 1 baby carrot, 1 cucumber slice and a handful of cashews.
D~small piece of roast beef, 2 tablespoons of mashed potato, 2 brussel sprouts and 2 tablespoons of applesauce. 1 inch piece of bread.
4 bottle of water 16.9 oz and I exercised on the wii fit with Jilliam Michaels for 30 minutes.

Hey you. I had a pretty busy weekend and didn't get online not one time. My eating was a little off track like it always is on the weekend but not too bad. I just usually end up eating more carbs. I'm gonna Post Saturday and Sunday here...

B~ 1 pack of grits, 1 scrambled egg & 2 strips of turkey bacon
