Ok, might be behind here, but I brought home from costco roasted Edimani (sp) soybeans.  The are almost half the calories of almonds and same with the fat.  I love them.  Now when my husband grabs a handful I don't remind him that was almost 200 calories.  I also enjoy them.

Oh and I forgot to tell you all.  My husband decided he needed to drop the catering pounds from the rock n roll tours.  I got a weight machine and elipticle for the garage, as he wont go to the gym.  He uses it every day we are home, even when we get home in the evenings, he goes out and then again in the morning.  He changed alot of what he eats, some of it to meet what I do and he has lost alot of weight.  He never really used the scale, so it is mostly by sight and the fact he is down a good size in harley shirts (His only clothes he wears) and 2 siizes in pants.

Hey Kristi!

I have long sung the praise of edamame.  I love it SO much!  Especially hot from the microwave (or boiled if I buy the uncooked kind).

When I discovered Seapoint Farms roasted edamame over the summer, I thought I was in heaven...and I bought two cases from Amazon.

However, I have since forgotten about them so THANK YOU for the reminder!!!

Congrats on your husband's weight loss!!

Hugs,
JM
