Saturday Accountablity! <3

I didn't see this posted so I will get it started!

B~protein coffee

L~2.5 slices of crab meat and a small amount of cottage cheese

D~scrabbled eggs 2 with added cheese and 1 slice of taost!

All my water, vitamins and gym today.
If I eat more I will edit later!


Here is my edit: I ate a bowl of blueberry special K cereal and about 15 reese pieces.

Hey Chris!

Thanks for posting this today!  Weekends are so much harder but, all in all, I held it in check!

B:  Egg and cheese croissant from Burger King (yes, this is horrible but I planned for it!)
S:  New Whey (happy to say I figured a way to tolerate this!)
L:  Crap...I just realized that I did not eat lunch (I was un-decorating).
S:  New Whey and Quaker Mini Delight (90-cal pack)
D: 3 oz. chicken

Okay, well...the lack of lunch is probably why I feel like I am going to pass out right now.  I worked my butt off today and definitely did not eat enough nor did I drink enough water.  Well...uh...I will do better tomorrow!
