We made it to day 5 of posting our menus!  Whoo hoo!  I can't tell you how much doing this has helped me!  I have been doing pretty good this week.  I am terrified of the weekend but I will make sure I post my menu on Saturday and Sunday, too.  Hopefully that will help!!  I am also hoping it will help me remember that Monday Morning Weigh-In is getting close!

Here's my plan for today...

B:  2 scrambled eggs and 4 bites of my son's Eggos (which I regret...ah well)
S:  New Whey (I am hoping what I did yesterday will work again today!)
L:  Tilapia/artichokes/tomatoes that I made last night for dinner.
S:  New Whey again.  Thrillsville!
D:  One slice of pizza.  Jeez!

Hi Jersey:

I am drinking my protein shake and shivering like crazy.  Just came in from outside and it is cold and snowing like crazy.  But Hawley had fun rolling around in the fresh new snow.  What a goofball I got all full of snow just trying to dry her off.

Will follow my shake with a large cup of piping hot Constant Comment Tea (decaf of course)

I had lowfat cottache cheese and 1/2 c of no sugar added fruit coctail for breakfast and have a chicken breast that I broiled yesterday that I will eat for dinner with some steamed veges.  I love the new in the bag steamers that you throw in the microwave.

Here's my food for the day. I did good but like you, I'm terrifed for the weekend. I tend to graze on the weekend! 

Early AM:
Protein hot chocolate

Brekafast: 
Weight control oatmeal

Snack:
Boiled egg

Lunch:
Baked chicken wings w/ lots of hot sauce

Snack:
WW Yogart

Dinner:
Smart On'es frozen dinner

Snack:
Protein hot chocolate
2% cheese stick

Hello Ladies....

I am with Ronna here...shivering ugh I hate cold weather!

Away I think I am doing pretty good. I tried to really stick with the right choices.

B~protein coffee..........

L~1 englis muffin with peanut butter and did not finish the whole thing.

D~cottage cheese with pineapple and a chicken with crab wrap.

S~lemon chiffon yogurt

S~special K cereal

All water, vitamins and went to the gym today too!
