Have missed you all~

Hey gang! How is everyone doing? I am doing really well. I am sorry I have been a stranger  life has been very hectic and I dont get much time to come and visit! I am still at my job with the Credit Union (was 7yrs in Aug) I am currently single and very busy.

I like most of you still have a struggle with the weight. I have made a resolution to be back to my previous weight of 140 by July, but more importantly I need to tone my body again! I am really seeing the loose skin from the surgery.

Can you all believe its been 3 yrs since we all had our surgeries? Wow how time flies! I actually helped start a weightloss surgery support group here in my town since we are almost an hour away from the ones that the hospitals we had the surgeries done at. It has been very helpful!

Well gang I need to get going but I hope this all finds you doing well and good luck in 2009 on all your goals and dreams!
