Tuesday Accountability
Hey Everyone!
Well, I made it through yesterday without "cheating". I am REALLY hungry today...I am hoping that I can keep up my willpower!
Here's today's menu:
B: 1 hardboiled egg
S: Nothing
L: 3 oz. chicken (possible some pretzels...not sure)
S: Either the other hardboiled egg or my 90-calorie Quaker snack
D: Once again, not sure...but I will edit this post and update my final tally tonight or tomorrow!

Food is my enemy yet I HAVE to have it to survive! Its not fair that food has so much power over me. Why does food have to be my addiction? Why cant I be addicted to something more useful, like cleaning or reading!

S: sugar free jello

Water: 64oz, took vit and B12, Wii Fit for 20 min.

I understand what you are going through. Yesterday was not much of a struggle for me eating-wise. Today is a TOTALLY different story. And today seems to be the day that everyone decided to bring in their damn leftover chocolate/cookies/cakes from the holidays. The temptation is killing me and I am STARVING!!

Ugh...update. I ended up failing miserably yesterday. I will do better today (I hope!)...

L: 3 oz. chicken and 1 oz. pretzels
S: New Whey Vial
On the drive home: EIGHT lemon drops
D: About a cup of my angel hair pasta (which is made with loads of butter and parmesan cheese. :(
S: 2 bags of Quaker Mini Delights and TEN fruit drop candies. Yeah, I fell off the wagon in a HUGE way!

Hello ladies and gents....I made it through yet another day and am feeling refreshed and full of energy...Plus lots of pain!
B~protein coffee.........32 oz
S~yogurt (80cals) lemon chiffon
L~ 4 pieces of crab dipped in a tiny bit of butter and 4 sclices of cucumbers and 3 small pieces of celery with pb.
D~a couple small pieces of pork done in the crockpot, small scoop of rice and small amount of applesauce, 1/2 slice of bread.....
I went to the gym for one hour and did 15minutes of my Jillian Michaels work out for the wii game. Totally kicked my ass. I will be sitting on the couch for the rest of the night......If I want a snack it will be celery with pb or another yogurt!
Edited to add a bowl of special K berries and 2 celery sticks with pb!
