Hello to everyone
I never post on the board, but I do read since my surgery in January 2006. I stay within 5 pounds of my initial loss, but I always wanted to lose 5 more pounds. I don't eat a lot, but I eat about 5 times a day.
Pre Surgery: 252
Post surgery one year: 140
Current weight: 143
Any tricks or tips? I would love to have lost down to 135!

Hell if you're staying that close I think you're doing awesome!!! I am not even close to my lowest weight anymore! The only thing I can suggest is exercise if you don't do it already, or switching it up to something else. But be warned, if you do weights and stuff you may gain initially... but your measurments go down and muscle burns fat, so in the long run, it's better! Good luck! Oh, and if you find the magic formula, pass it on will ya? :-)
