It's Tuesday...what's to eat!
Hi all. It's late, I know. But this is the only chance to post so here goes!
-Lean Cuisine, SF pudding
-1/2 tunafish sammy on 1 slice Weigh****chers rye, Light n Fit
-glazed donut (it's in my points!)
-watermelon chunks, latte lite while later
-baked salmon, 1c. broccoli
-Light n Fit, cheese stick, RF Club crackers
That's it for me! Since I'm working out more, I'm gonna start incorporating some protein shakes in my diet. I found one on bariatriceating that's only 100 cals, 0 carbs 0 fat. I think it's a new Nectar flavor. I just hope I like it!

Have you tried the cappicuano Latte by Nectar? It's only 90 calories, zero carbs, sugar and fat! My fav!
Yesterday I didn't eat enough calories or protein but I'll do better today. Weighed in at ww today and gained a pound. It's that time of the month and I ate a little too good for labor day.

4 saltines
cucumber slices w/ ff italian
Baked chicken & steamed cabbage
SF chocolate pudding.
