It's Tuesday...what's to eat!

Hi all. It's late, I know. But this is the only chance to post so here goes!

-Lean Cuisine, SF pudding
-1/2 tunafish sammy on 1 slice Weigh****chers rye, Light n Fit
-glazed donut (it's in my points!)
-watermelon chunks, latte lite while later
-baked salmon, 1c. broccoli
-Light n Fit, cheese stick, RF Club crackers

That's it for me! Since I'm working out more, I'm gonna start incorporating some protein shakes in my diet. I found one on bariatriceating that's only 100 cals, 0 carbs 0 fat. I think it's a new Nectar flavor. I just hope I like it!

Hey April, I'm late but I'm here. I cant find the WW bread here anywhere and I want some!!
Have you tried the cappicuano Latte by Nectar? It's only 90 calories, zero carbs, sugar and fat! My fav!

Yesterday I didn't eat enough calories or protein but I'll do better today. Weighed in at ww today and gained a pound. It's that time of the month and I ate a little too good for labor day.

Plum
WW yogart
Slim fast protein bar
4 saltines
cucumber slices w/ ff italian
Baked chicken & steamed cabbage
SF chocolate pudding.

I can find it pretty much anywhere here. The wheat bread is good, not fancying the bagels and rye bread too much. Do you think the whole grain white bread is good for you??? For some reason I want roast beef on white bread...lol. Don't know why either!
