Hump Day Accountability

I went to my WW meeting and weighed in at 190!! Almost back to my lowest.  I started WW on July 30 and 17 lbs. gone!

I'm here to be accountable. Join Me! I'm posting through the week then I'm giving up my posting position.

B~ Pure Protein bar & 1 boiled egg white.

S~ 2 strips of turkey bacon

L~ Protein shake

S~ Cucumber slices w/ salt n pepper & 1 slice of ham

D~ Smart One's frozen dinner & collard greens

S~ Protein shake

Lots of water!

 I hate to see you not post this anymore, but I also understand where you are coming from....anyways, I will post with you this week.
 
B-small bowl of goulash
 
S-banana, and some trail mix nuts and raisins.

L- peanut  butter and jelly sandwich

S- peach or nectarine

D-not sure yet, havent gotten that far :)

lots of coffee and lots of water.....anyone else gonna join in??
