Accontability Tuesday

Getting straight to the point, food! Come be accountable with me.

Breakfast: 3 strips of turkey bacon & 2 boiled egg whites

Snack:  Protein shake & SF Vanilla Pudding

Lunch: Special K protein cereal w/ 6 oz cc milk

Snack: WW Yogart, Cucumber slices and few baby carrots

Dinner: Steak, Broiled shrimp, Broccoli n cheese.

Snack: Low Carb Snicker marathon bar

Lots of water and walked a lil over 2 miles this morning.

Hi there Kay!!!

Well my menu is a little wacky working nights, so my breakfast isnt exactly breakfast food :)


B-bacon wrapped filet, california blend veggies, and a steamed potato.

S-pita chips cinnamon flavor.

L-a jimmy johns sandwich with turkey and avacado spread.

S- more pita chips.



Water is right on and also working on some coffee tonight to help with the working blues :) Have a great one.
