Accountability Monday
Hey I hope everyone had a good weekend. Mine was ok. It just goes by way too fast!
Anyway, I'm here to be accountable. I hope at least 1 person joins me today!
B~ Protein shake
S~ 8 oz Chocolate cc milk & SF Jello
L~ Turkey and Spicy mustard wrapped in a lettuce leaf (2) & Yogurt
S~ Sliced cucumbers w/ salt n pepper & SF Jello
D~ Baked Chicken, Broccoli n cheese and small garden salad w/ lite italian.
S~ 8 oz Chocolate cc milk
I had plenty of water and SF kool aid and I also walked this morning. It started raining so I only walked a mile.

breakfast - toast with peanut butter
snack -diet ice tea
lunch- baked beans and meatloaf
snack- 2 pieces of hard candy and 3 pieces of caramels
supper- not sure yet
drank water and coffee and will be going on my nightly two mile walk
