I HATE monday morning weigh ins!

Hi Peeps, another Monday morning weigh in has arrived. I hate these days almost as much as I hate being fat!

Last week 160 lbs and this week 161  Urggghhhh

Hope everyone did better than I did!

Hey Chris,
 I don't especially like them either but I guess I won't complain since I am no longer 275....my current weight is 163. I am doing better with my food and water, just not feeling myself since I have been back from vacation. I am fighting some kind of bug and am tired and achy....maybe next week will be better. Staying on track is a bit difficult working nights, all I want to do is munch. Well I hope all is well with everyone else.

Hi gang~ Well I come back to you all for support. I too have gained some weight back from my lowest and need to start being accountable for my actions.

I decided last week I would get back on track and see how it goes. Well here it goes

Last week 165.5
This week 161.0

So a loss of 4.5. I still feel like I havent lost any! I guess maybe its because I am not as tone as I once was.

I hope this finds you all doing well! Its nice to know I am not alone in this fight!
All other aspects of my life are great! I have been with Victor now for almost a year.
