Thursday Accountability
Hey Ladies
How is everybody doing? I'm ok. I'm here to be accountable. I know people have stopped sharing and I have stopped posting. I felt kinda silly with no resonces but it helps ME out so I'm posting. I hope ya enjoying reading my food!
I've figured out when my calories stay around the same, I maintain or loose. When I go over, I gain. Reguardless of carbs and fat. So, I've been tracking calories on Fitday trying to stay between 1000 and 11000. Enough of me yapping! LOL
Breakfast: 1 egg, 1 egg white scrambled & 3 Strips of turkey bacon & 1/2 an orange
Snack: Protein shake
Lunch: Chicken Noodle soup at hand & 4 wheat saltines... running late for work.
Snack: SF Pudding & NSA Hot chocolate
Dinner: 1 Chicken soft taco made with LC wheat tortillia, Chicken breast and ff sour cream, lettuce and salsa & 1/2 c. FF refried beans.
Snack: NSA Hot chocolate & Cheese stick if I want something to snack on.
That's it for me! 1,096 calories!
